This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the service needs, we encrypt it, and we never sell your personal information.

1 · What we collect

Account information — name, email, phone, state, language preference, plan.
Credit information — with your explicit authorization, credit reports and scores retrieved from our data partners to power your dashboard, disputes, and alerts.
Consent records — the timestamp, exact text, and version of consents you give (for example, SMS reminders under the TCPA), so we can prove and honor your choices.
Communications & usage — messages you send us, and basic product usage that helps us fix and improve Subefy.

2 · How we use it

To provide the service: pull your reports, draft and mail dispute letters you approve, track bureau responses, report positive payments on Builder.
To message you: transactional email always; SMS reminders only with your recorded express consent (reply STOP anytime).
To meet legal obligations: CROA, FCRA, TCPA, and tax rules for partner payments.

3 · What we share — and don't

We share data only with processors that make the service work: credit-data partners, print/certified-mail vendors, SMS and email providers, and payment processors — each bound by contract to use it only for our service. If you arrived through a referral partner, that partner sees your first name, last initial, and progress status only — never your report, score, or documents. We never sell your personal information.

4 · Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep information while your account is active and as law requires afterward; you can request deletion at any time.

5 · Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw any consent, from Settings or by emailing info@subefy.com. State-specific rights (including California) are honored for all users. We do not knowingly serve anyone under 18.

6 · Changes

We'll notify you of material changes by email and post the new effective date here.
